Include a short description of the problem and whether you are a taker or researcher. For a study issue, include its title if appropriate. Do not send your password, a private interview link, sensitive answers, or identity documents. Email opens your mail app; no message is submitted automatically.
2. Study questions or complaints
For questions about the purpose of research, eligibility, or a researcher's downloaded data, contact the researcher using the study's consent information. If no contact is provided, email Murmur with the study title so the issue can be investigated.
3. Account and privacy requests
Takers can delete their account from My surveys → Profile → Delete my account. You can also email the owner for help or access to your information. Identity checks may be required for email requests.
4. Safety and misuse
Report inappropriate studies, privacy concerns, or unauthorized account activity by email. Murmur is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
