1. Interview choices
Read study consent before starting. Saved voice recording is optional when offered; the camera stays off. Use text mode if you do not want microphone audio processed. The Exit control offers withdrawal from an interview. Keep your private session link private.
2. Profile permissions
In your taker account, open Profile to review your information and change permission for profile use, invitations, or saving survey details. Open Survey details to remove individual saved entries. Removing a saved profile entry does not itself delete the original research response or the account.
3. Delete account
Open My surveys → Profile → Delete my account and confirm permanent deletion. Your account, profile, invitations, trophies, and account-linked interview answers and recordings are removed. Anonymous interviews not linked to your account and copies already exported by researchers are not removed. If you also manage a workspace, add another researcher first; owner accounts require ownership transfer.
For help with deletion, email maosherji@gmail.com from your registered email address. Do not include passwords or sensitive answers.
4. Access, correction, or other requests
Email the owner to request a copy of your information, correct inaccurate details, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern. Identify the request without including sensitive research answers. For separately exported research data, contact the researcher as well.
